World-renowned Animal Psychic Amelia Kinkade book signing at Just Barking, July 22nd

To help celebrate the opening of Just Barking in Kensal Rise, friends and customers of Grand Union Pets were invited to a book signing with world-renowned animal psychic, Amelia Kinkade, on July 22nd.

Miss Kinkade is the author of Straight from the Horse's Mouth: How to Talk to Animals and Get Answers and The Language of Miracles: A Celebrated Psychic Teaches You to Talk to Animals (RandomHouse and NewWorld Library). Her work has featured in countless newspaper and magazine articles and news programs including The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune and ABC News. She has appeared frequently on television including The Ellen DeGeneres show, The Other Half and BBC News in addition to a BBC documentary created around her work with the elephants in the Kruger National Park in South Africa.

Grand Union Pets at film premiere in Leicester Square

London’s Leicester Square was barking mad recently for the film premiere of Open Season 2, distributed by Sony Pictures. Co-hosted by Grand Union Pets, the red carpet was rolled out for celebrities and their pets including Gail Porter, Julian Bennett (with Dachshund Lulu), Su-Elise Nash with her cavalier, Nikki Graeme with her pooches among others. The Blue Peter dogs Lucy and Mabel also showed up – with their own film crew.
